Morning all!
Idon't think I've posted in a week or two -- I'm at 162.2. Slow and steady loss. I'd like to step it up for next week, though, and report that I'm at 161...I'm going to need to step it up if I'm going to meet my goal! I'll make a point of getting back on the board more often! Cheers, Kim |

As of the 31st I am down 75lbs. Wooooo hooooooo!!!!!!!!
Seems weird to think that soon I will have less than 100lbs to lose, kinda surreal!!! And I know this sounds really stupid, but none of my shirts fit.........ugh, a little frustrating in a good kinda way :). Seems I lose most of my weight from the head down so while my bottom half is down from a 30/32 or 5x to a 24 or 2x. my upper half was the same 28-30 or 4 or 5x and now it is an XL, YES MARGE YOU DO HAVE A WAIST!!! :). Oh, and did I mention that my underwear keep sliding down, ugh, whats a girl to do........guess I could pin em to my bra.......now there's a visual for ya! Hope this gives ya a little chuckle a lifts your day a bit :) Like I said, slow and steady, yea baby!!!!!!! |

Hi ladies
It was a good week for me but my appetite went up since Im about to get my period. I always get hungry the week before it starts. I was eating about 2200 cals a day. I track everything and I have been doing that for about 3 months so now its basically a habit. Also I recieved my bodybugg yesterday Im so excited to start seeing how much or little I burn a day. I also think I am getting a head cold ugh. My last day of is on the 26th and in March were moving to Colorado Im so excited |

Down another pound today, maybe I'll make the valentines day challenge after all!! |
Hi Bigmomma! I'm still here! Congratulations on being down again. Wow, you are doing great! My weight is bouncing around a lot due to TOM. I think it's leveling out at another 2 lb loss for this week, but Sunday is my birthday, and my parents are taking us out for dinner. Monday is my mom's birthday, so refusing is out of the question. Honestly, celebrations are a part of life and if my weight is back up a little on Monday, that's okay. For right now I am officially in onederland!!! I may not be there on "official weigh-in" Monday, but I'll be back to stay by Valentine's day!

Kuchick, Let me start by saying "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" and Wow, onderland, what a great gift you have given yourself !!!!!! I can't wait to be able to say that. It's such hard work, but you can do it. Birthdays are hard, any celebration is hard, but you can have a thin slice of cake on both days, YES I said both days :). As you know the key is to limit your portions, as dull as that is, it's true.
Sometimes I know I don't eat enough, but I try to balance it out by uping my calories more the next day. I had a NSV today, I fit into a size 24 pants(down from a 30/32), yippie!!!! I havent worn this size in 10+ years, feels sooooo nice ;) |
