Hi all! I just ended my christmas challenge and was looking for a new one to start in order to stay on track. Will see if I can get back to my 4lb/week loss until the wedding in March, then a more realistic 2lb/week loss.

Oh I'm definitely in for this one! My end date will be May 13th, as I graduate college that day, and when I started this whole thing I gave myself that date as motivation, so hopefully this thread will keep that going!

I'd like to join you, too! I've been looking for a new challenge to take me through the spring semester (I'm a full time student) so May Day is exactly the right time frame for me. I'm not as organized as you all to make a goal for each week, but I aim to be at 150 by May Day. I'm a SLOW AND STEADY loser -- aiming at just about a 1/2 lb-1 lb a week. My real prize right now will be to get to 158, which will be 10% of my body weight loss from when I started this journey in the summer. I weigh in on Mondays. this has been a horrible week diet wise but oh well. Ive been doing well the past 2 days eating 2000 calories like my nutrionist told me. I am probably up a little in weight but about 4 or 5 days ago I was way up but its slowly coming back down thankfully. tomorrow is weigh in day for me

Ooh! This one sounds perfect for me! I am, ahem, older than most of you, and the weight comes off s l o w l y. May Day is 17 weeks from today. At 1 lb per week, I won't quite make goal, but who knows? Maybe I'll throw a few 1 1/2 lb weeks in there!:shrug:
