Looks like everyone is moving along just fine . No matter how great or small as long as we keep looking toward the goal and working on bettering ourselves, loving ourselves, thats what counts the most. Set backs are just speed bumps of life, go on over it and keep moving forward!
Hi, everyone hopefully yall are having a great week. It is very cold in Kansas right now and I haven't seen the grass on the ground since before Christmas Eve, Im so ready for the snow to go away. Well great news ladies Im moving to Colorado in a couple of weeks, Im so excited
I'm in! We leave for vacation on 5/8 so having a good weight loss by then would be great! I'm aiming for 5 pounds a month so I'd like to be down 20 pounds by May 1st

This is one of those BAD postings...the kind of week you consider not posting at all, or fudging the numbers, or slinking away from the challenge entirely. But it's all about honesty with yourself, accountability, and owning one's mistakes, right?
This morning - 166.6 - up 3.8(!)
Was off on a ski weekend with friends this weekend. Ate and drank way too much, and obviously my afternoon cross-country skiing was not enough to undo the damage. But truth be told, I was really unfocused last week -- and realized I was making some bad choices totally not thinking about it. (Did I really need that gingerbread muffin?) For the record...a bunch of that has got to be salty food water weight AND I came home to also find that I had begun my TOM. A perfect storm!
But remembering my lessons from TFL -- I'm just going to pick myself up, dust myself off, and get back on the wagon. Clearly I need to undo some damage and place myself under better scrutiny -- fitday.com until I reach my 10% goal (158).

Thanks Kim! I am just doing low cal and worked out extra hard last week. This week is more difficult...numbers just standing still because I have not been able to work out ONCE this week. It's really hard with 2 months til the wedding and getting all those details done, working long hours, and trying to fit in a work out everyday. Im exhausted.
