  • Sorry mia for awhile there...........sticking to plan, just hit a plateau and its soooo very frustrating!!! Don't think I'm going to reach my goal but it's ok. Funny, not losing any weight but I do see changes and fit into smaller clothes??? Go figure!

  • Hi brand new here. What are people's main strategies. Do they count calories or do they assess their metabolic type and customise what they eat rather than how much to try and promote fat burning?
