Hi there!
I weighed in this morning at 140.0 pounds (!!!). It's hard to believe that the scale is gonna show 130-something in a little while (I just hope I don't hit the most annoying plateau ever, and get stuck on the brink of one thirties lol). Again, my goal for X-mas is 136, and I've come 60% of the way.
I want to share with everybody how I am keeping track of my weight, and that's through FitDay. It's completely free, and you have the option to enter your goal weight, which will then be plotted against your weigh-ins so you can see if you're on the right track. You can also record your moods, your body measurements, and your daily intake of calories along with the breakdown of carbs, proteins, etc.
FitDay is pretty useful, and even though I don't really have the time to take advantage of all of their tools every day, the aspects of it that I do use are extremely helpful, both in terms of motivation and visual representation of my weight loss journey.
OK, time to go study for the chem exam....
