As far as my shoulder Pain~I had the flu On top of Over doing My exercises.
I Walk an hour & a half everyday & ride the exercise bike really fast for 20 minutes and It was just all doing my shoulder in...But ewven thouigh still sore so much better after a couple of days of rest...I am just back to my walking and not the bike though.

ok ladies. I am on plan vacation today. I did the calorie counts today and I was not eating enough for the calorie burn that I was doing at the gym. So I decided today to go off plan for the day. Then back to normal tomorrow. I am hoping to see a drop sometime this weekend. MMMMM potatos!!!!!! Have a great night and chat with you all this weekend. Sort of trying to trick mybody.

Jellofer-Hope your off plan day accomplishes what you want! Then you can increase your cals on regular days since you know you've been too low.

Losing4another-Awesome!!! Hitting the 30's in BMI is a terrific milestone!

Lori-Ouch!! Sounds painful. I think while we're on the mend, it slows our weight loss while the body focuses on healing. Maybe your body is ready to let you lose again. YAY on 173!

I haven't weighed myself since I joined the challenge due to TOM, but as of today I'm staying steady. I am hoping for a whoosh tomorrow or the next day, though.

Oh please, oh please let me me have a massive drop in the morning tomorrow to win! LOL We're eating out pizza for lunch tomorrow, so I'm pretty darn sure I'll be up a bit Monday morning. It's a special treat at one of my family's very favorite places, so there's no guilt at all. I firmly believe in enjoying special treats on rare occassion and I will DEFINITELY enjoy it! :D
