So far, so good. It feels really good to see nothing but yeses so far, and I want to keep that up.

I joined this thread at the very beginning, and it was about that same time that I dropped off the face of 3FC for what would be too long of a time. ;) But I'm back! Ready to work the weight off, though with a different goal in mind.
I AM going to weigh 142lbs by Valentines day. I will officially no longer be overweight. Please help me stick to this goal! Hi everyone! I'm a little behind on this but would love to join! I'm getting married in May and plan on taking my dress in for alterations around Valentine's Day so I'd love to be a good deal smaller by then.

I've changed my goal! Looking back on the last month I realized without exercise I was able to lose almost a lb a week. I've started working out at least 5 days a week, intensely now, and I feel like 1.5lb is a seriously attainable goal. SO! My new Valentines day GW is 136 lbs!! Wish me luck. I'm really going to push myself to get there. :D

I rationalized it as, "Well, I was on track alllll last week, so how horrible can this really be?" I would not want to do this again, especially since the stupid treat didn't even taste as good as hoped. Overall, I feel a lot better than I did a couple weeks ago. My muscles are toning up nicely and I'm able to keep up with my workouts for longer without getting winded. It's awesome! This coming week might be tough thanks to Thanksgiving. Let's remember what we're doing this for, stay strong and enjoy the rewards. :carrot: |
