PLEASE keep me accountable!!! My goal may seem small, but it's big to me. I've always wanted to run and never had the "wind" so I'm trying to build up.

Goal:
Treadmill in the am 6days/wk with 10 min walk + 5 min run progressing run by 1 minute/wk.
Aerobics class 2 times weekly
Abs and arms daily X 10 min.
