    Nothing like clothes shopping to dampen the old appetite. After seeing my tummy in the mirror it was easy to skip the goodies during the grocery shopping that followed. I bought jeans in two sizes today in the hopes I will need the smaller size in the not to distant future. (They were really marked down.)
  • You guys are doing great...any weight loss is cool! I weigh myself everyday at home (just to see where i'm at) but I really only go on my official WW WI. I will post my results Wednesday night.
