I made both my goals! My goals was 10k steps a day - and I did it, everyday but 3 - but my average was over 13k steps a day for the month of September.

My second goal was 1200 min of exercise, and I doubled that for a total of 2425 min! woooo!

9/7: 95 minutes - Walked 95 minutes (non-aerobic walking, but still, walking)
9/8: 29 minutes - Biked 29 minutes
9/9: 70 minutes - Walked 70 minutes with heavy bags and a baby (went to Belgium)
9/10: 129 minutes - Walked 129 minutes in Shape Ups, tightening abs at the same time.
