Ok, count me in on the exercise challenge too. During July I want to exercise 5 days per week and be at 30 minutes on the elliptical by the end of July. (I'm only at 23 minutes atm and every one of those minutes sux! lol)

CamiToo! Glad you joined us on this thread also! I hear you on the elliptical! I got one just a few days ago and I'm only up to 10 minutes, just a'huffin' and a'puffin' with thighs burning! Anyway, good luck!

Cake, I got the rest of your goals on there! Thanks!

Gekster, Lewis, Delphi, Almostskinny, and CMof4, great job!! I'm with Ms_P, I'll be doing it, but just a bit later!

Lewis, I'll be happy to post last month's met goals!! I'll make that my next post! I agree--it's inspirational to see how far we've come and what we are capable of doing!

Ladies, here is a partial list of last month's participants and goals, showing those who met their goals (and reported that they met their goals), which I turned red and marked as MET!! Of course, EVERYONE who participated in the exercise challenge had success because they all got out there and worked toward their goals! Meeting their goals was the icing on the cake for all their hard work, and getting their goals marked as met was the red cherry on top!! So this month, ladies, let's all go for the red!!! Woohoo!!

Jacqui_D: Strength train 3 days per week--MET GOAL!!; exercise for 30 additional minutes on strength training days--MET GOAL!!; exercise for 60 minutes on 3 other days per week--MET GOAL!!
Delphi: Complete 2000 minutes--MET GOAL!!; exercise for 1400 minutes--MET GOAL!!; strength train for at least 600 minutes--MET GOAL!!
Gatorgirl6:Complete 80 miles--MET GOAL!!
Jacque9999: Complete a total of 1900 minutes of exercise--MET GOAL!!
Crazymamaof4: Strength train 3 times per week--MET GOAL!!; do cardio at least 3 times per week, including high intensity interval training--MET GOAL!!
NewShinyMe: Complete the 30-day EA Active Challenge--MET GOAL!!; work out for at least 850 minutes--MET GOAL!!
Tummy_Girl: Complete 1300 min of cardio--MET GOAL!!; complete 500 min of strength training--MET GOAL!!
Icandoallthings: Before leaving for Alaska trip on June 18, complete at least 40 miles of walking or running--MET GOAL!!
Lewisempire: Complete 64 miles--MET GOAL!!; strength training 2 times a week--MET GOAL!!
Ms_Perception: Exercise 45 min a day 6 days a week--MET GOAL!!
Sotypical: Complete approximately 1765 minutes--MET GOAL!!

And if there's anyone who met their goals last month but didn't happen to report it, please just let me know, and I will LOVE adding you to the list!!

She's off like a herd of turtles! 30 min of walking done on a Wednesday when I commute and almost always let myself off the hook! Yeah for the challenge!
