You can do it Tracy! I know you can. Just do at least a little. You know it will feel so much better to have done it, even if it's just a little, then spend the entire day thinking "I should, I don't wanna, I should, I don't wanna". Hugs!

I didn't get up to walk before my blood draw but I did get dressed in my walking clothes and went immediately following so I just got back from a 65 min walk.

I commute tomorrow so any exercise will be a bonus but it never seems to happen in the evenings after I drive. tooooooo tired. We'll see.

I had a lousy week OP. Iam going to try to go on elliptical for at least 20 min today.Thanks Peg,I appreciate your encouragement.This thread keeps me at least thinking about exercise,even if I don't actually do it!:D

I hear you Tracy. I only walked 20 min yesterday and did no intentional exercise today although I was out and about and on my feet all day and feel like I ran a marathon. I'm not sure how it's going to work out tomorrow either but I'm going to try and make sure I get a total of 45 min of walking in. I will be active again but not easily in a place to get a big block of intentional exercise.

Hope you got on there today Tracy! You can do it! The weight is coming down. In 6 lbs you'll have less than 100 to lose. Be sure to pose some questions or thoughts if it will help you get back on track.

I got my 45 min in yesterday in various spurts. I'll take it!

I'm going to do no less than 30 min today after work. Didn't get up. Tried but didn't get there. Woke up and started dreading my day and pulled the covers back over my head.

NO wieghts last night. The hubby forgot to bring his gym stuff for work. Plus, we had company waiting for us at home. 35 min on the elliptical this morning.

A question for you morning exercisers. What do you do about food? I tend to not be hungry right after I get up in the morning, but if I don't eat and then workout I have occasionally gotten a little light headed part way through my run. On the other hand if I eat, I feel gross/sluggish and can end up with pretty bad cramps. Any thoughts or solutions? Something special you eat in the morning?

I am a walker for exercise so not too strenuous. If I actually do exercise right out of bed, I generally don't eat anything unless I'm planning something a lot longer than my usual 45 min walk.

Glad to see you Tracy! Was wondering where you were. :) Hope you have a nice fresh start tomorrow. I'm off for a 5 mile hike tomorrow so calories will be burned! :)

I am exhausted. I hiked for 5 miles with 1600' elevation gain today. It took me over 4 hours of hiking to do it. It was gorgeous though!

Sorry I fell off the face of the earth. Crazy weekend...I have to go back to work to rest! LOL

I did my 5 mile hike on Saturday and I'm still sore. :( I also hit TOM so have low energy. I was running around both yesterday and today allllll day so no intentional exercise. I'm going to try tomorrow night to at least do 30 min after my drive home.

How's everyone else doing?

Look who's back on track! I did walk for 30 min last night even though it was dark and buggy. I felt so much better afterwards. It really helped decompress me after a stressful day.

Look at you go...met the mini goal, less than 100 lbs to lose and you are back in your exercise groove! You are doing so great!

I need to get exercise in the next 3 days to meet my Labor Day goal on another board. I'm behind the 8 ball this week in a big, big way. I can do it though!

I do good with eating but need to be more consistant with my exercise my goal is to walk 5 days a week and am doing about 3 sometimes. I am headed out now i will check back tomorrow and let you know how i did!

I had an inconsistent week last week with only one day of walking during the week and then a big hike on Sunday. I'm really shooting for 4 days of 30 min or more this week (Mon-Sunday). I need to get out there tonight!

I HAVE to exercise in the morning because I don't have time tomorrow after work so I am stating here that I will get up at 6am, get dressed and down here to report in and get my 45 min walk in.

Way to go peg! I didnt walk today going to try to do 45 min tonight but i am a hair stylist and i often do a mini work out while it is slow so i will get that in then a walk after work

I am back to again proclaim I will get myself out of bed and get it done in the morning tomorrow. I had the nicest sense of relief tonight when I finished working and realized I'd already exercised! Yippppeeee...going for that same feeling for the next 3 days. I have a ton of stuff I want to get done this weekend and if I get the exercise out of the way first thing I won't have to give it another thought except a yipppeeee.
