I do my best workouts in the morning before I'm "awake". I get out of bed, pee, drink 16 oz. of water, pull on my sweats, plug into the mp3 player, and get on the recumbent bike. DH takes care of the kids until I've exercised & showered. He even wakes me up to start my routine if I'm running late. I only do 30 min. in the morning and I do another 30 minutes of any exercise I want later in the day. I just want to get my heart rate up between 60 and 79%.
Anyways, it's kind of a pattern for me - in college I insisted my work study be in the AM - I usually started at 5:30. I felt better getting it done & out of the way.
