Yes, we are definitely "chatty chicks" on this thread, lol! I'd say there are only a few threads on the site that are as active as this one. And the more I post and get involved, the more motivated I stay! This site and especially these two monthly threads are the difference between why I have failed to lose weight over the past 10 years and why I will do it now without a doubt! I'm no longer alone! I'm surrounded by people who understand and who care! They cheer me on, boost me up, make me laugh, and even go "drill sergeant" on me if I need it, all in the most supportive and encouraging way! It's just a great bunch!!

Little accomplishment yesterday, I actually got up (in the morning!) and went to the gym! It was a hassle, I only have four hours of sleep, the bus ride there was about 45 minutes and the bus ride back was about 70 minutes but I was determined!
Did all that and went to work. Now, I just need to get to bed on time and I can make this a habit!
