W.O.W. Declaration of THINdependence ~ Week 7

Good Morning Everyone.

:flame: this is for all of us who need it. One more day of work weed:)

mothermavis 05-25-2009 01:11 PM

Happy Memorial Day to all of us losers!!

I got my hour or exercise in already, on my bicycle!! I rode back and forth on stretch of my mountain road, up and down hills, I did the round trip twice. It was awesome. I only had to stop on one section and the first time, I stopped twice, didn't get off the bike, just caught my breath..the 2nd time I only stopped once and I rode all the rest of the hills with NO stopping. :carrot:

Needed to find outside cross training, that might be it!!

W 100
E Done other than some resistance bands later while I watch TV
E OP, Yogurt for breakfast, hog dog w sauce for lunch, think grilled swordfish for dinner. Need to find a snack.
D I am worth it

JasonsLea 05-25-2009 07:25 PM

Happy Memorial Day everyone! :celebrate:

We've got almost 6 weeks left in this challenge! We need to get on the ball, people!

Nixmom 05-25-2009 08:21 PM

Here comes the sun....

doot doot en doodoo

Speaking of doo.... Got a call from friends renting our Havasu place on on Friday night that they arrived Thursday night and the house was flooded. I will let you figure out where and how I spent my weekend. The scale shows my stress weight. Not wot worry, we have 6 weeks. I am resetting my goal at an attainable 10lbs by the 4th of July.

Jen - thanks for the fire!
Jlea - I am gonna get on the ball. the exercise ball. That where I will be doing my ab work this week.
E32 - Posting daily. You and me, come on, again. we can do it.
Mtiggie - I am moving the vibes to 187. Go there, be there... enjoy!
Grazie - No quitting right? I actually had to remind myself this morning. I went to buy shorts, in a bigger size. I stood there thinking - there's no quitting. And I walked away from the 18's. Thank you... where are you anyway?
MMavie - mmmmm swordfish sounds fantastic. And the bike ride sounds amazing too!
Lumi - Welcome back.

I am sitting knowing in my head that I should go walk with the dog. My body is saying you need to stop, and sleep. I am torn.... I'll let ya know how it goes.:)

mothermavis 05-26-2009 06:02 AM

Morning all! I am going to be posting less this week, trying to stop talking about losing and just lose. Have dropped the 5# challenges until I can get back under 150. All is well though, eating well and exercising like crazy, not changing much right now, but it has to whoosh off soon.

Kris, did the dog get a walk? Mine are liking my new found energy, gets them a bit of a wander too.

JC, hope things are well.

Lumi, hope you come back this week, really nice to see you.

Grazer, how are your hours of exercise coming? Today I am going to get off the computer in just a second and do a quick video, then running after work.

MT, hope the scale found you happy this week, you are doing great!

Everyone else, miss you, come around.

W 100
E See above, all planned out
E OP
D My goal is under 150 to stay, then under 145, 5 at a time is fine.

Nixmom 05-26-2009 09:33 AM

Morning girls!

I am planned and packed today. Ready to do this.

MMavis ~ I get the "quit talking and start losing feeling". I thought about backing off of posting myself. I think I still need to have a true "check in" with someone other than me though. No, the dog did not move. Nor did I. I spent my night cooking up my good foods, and getting 8 hours sleep. Ready to take on the day though! Hope you have a great one too!

Alrighty. WEED for today, just today, and no more than one day at a time.

W: 64oz
E: 30 walk tonight, minimum
E: Planned out. Gonna log all food today
D: I deserve to take the time for myself to be my healthy self. Everyone else can go away for a while. :)

jcatron243 05-26-2009 12:34 PM

 everyone Plain old sick right now. This dang thing has got me so down. Ug. sipping tea and and drinking fluids. I am turning over and going to go back to sleep now.

lumifan4ever 05-26-2009 02:42 PM

Oh mmavis...i'm here this week. I was soooo busy yesterday, i didn't even think to come here and post. Yesterday i went to a class at the gym..then it was off to do some shopping..then i came home and cooked and cleaned allllllll day long. Whew. I was tired. lol.

Today...i hit the gym first thing this morning. I took a yogalates class and a power pilates kickboxing class. One right after the other. I am soooo sore. And i have to go back tonight. The littles ones have their kids cardio class, so for that hour i will be on the treadmill and the elliptical. Then they will want to go to the kids clubhouse and i guess i'll go do some upper body weight lifting. I don't have another weightlifting class until thursday, i think.

I am trying to be op today.

W- 64 ounces
E- 1400-1500 calories
E- 2-3 hours today (i know..sounds like a lot but i love my classes)
D- Wait for it, wait for it....yes...the pants are falling down!!! lol

Jeni...i hope you feel better soon!!! Get lots of rest and fluids!!

Grazer 05-26-2009 03:24 PM

MM- I got an hour or more in on Sunday but only a luch time walk yesterday because I had a bridal shower last night. Look out tonight!

Nix- I hear ya about buying bigger clothes. Let's committ to smaller clothes! Heck, I'd be happy if my clothes fit comfortable.

JCat- Hope you're on the mend.

Lumi- How's Yogalates? Sounds cool.

Didn't get a chance to check in yesterday. Work has some of these sites blocked and I had to go to a wedding shower last night. I only had a couple of jube-jubes, yeah staying far from the treat table.

I think I'll borrow from MM and stop talking about losing and start losing! I think I can lose 5 pounds in 6 weeks. I didn't realize we had that much time left.

No, I change that. I am going to lose 5 pounds in 6 weeks.

ladynredd 05-26-2009 04:57 PM

Rolled right out of bed this morning and did my five miles with Leslie S. I still dislike all the arm exercises but I can see my endurance is increasing.

I had a delicious dinner last night. Started off with my usual "monster salad" base, then added a chopped apple and half a grapefruit cut into sections, then half a package of imitation crab, then poured this citrus dressing (recipe follows) over it. It didn't taste like much by itself but really came alive over the salad ingredients. I'm having it again today to use up the remaining grapefruit and crab.

I'm concentrating this week on getting in my exercise and planning my menus more carefully so I get all my points in, instead of shorting myself. That's what seemed to do the trick last week and while I'm not expecting another repeat of that wonderful 4 pound loss, I'd like to see at least a pound off at the scale. Gives me such a kick when I see that challenge ticker move!

Citrus Salad Dressing
4 Servings
This tart, sweet salad dressing is wonderful on dark, leafy salad greens like romaine or leaf lettuce tossed with orange segments, black olives and red onion slivers.

Ingredients:
1/3 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon quality extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:
Whisk all the ingredients together or combine in a small jar and shake well. Keeps in the refrigerator for 2 days.

lumifan4ever 05-26-2009 06:14 PM

Grazer....yogalates was alot of fun but it was hard. I learned today...I have absolutely no sense of balance!! lol. I was falling all over the place. I think the only thing i was good at was "downward dog". lol. But it was fun. I definately need to keep taking that class so i can get better balance and flexability.

I did end up going back to the gym tonight. I did about 30 minutes on the treadmill and then i did a few upperbody weight excersizing. I worked on my biceps, triceps and shoulders.

Hope everyone else is having a good day. Tomorrow won't bring me as much excersize as i would like. The teen daughter has a dentist appointment in the morning and then i have to run home to relieve the bf from babysitting **** with my nephew. lol. I won't get to go back until 5pm tomorrow for my Power Pilates Kickboxing class. But i get to wear my new work out outfit i bought tonight. Yay!!! :-)

Grazer 05-26-2009 08:30 PM

Lady- thanks for the recipe and WTG on the loss!!!

Lumi- can't wait to hear about power pilates kickboxing!

mtiger 05-26-2009 09:07 PM

Here's good ole Mindy, stuck again. I just keep hovering around 190, sometimes 189, although it's been several days. Why can't this be easier??? This is my last post of the day, then I workout. HA!! What's new??? When do I not workout??? When does this body give up some poundage???? :p

I wish motivation were the problem. I wouldn't feel so bad about the lack of progress if I'd been slcking. You know what I mean??

Well, I'm off to workout now. See ya.

Nixmom 05-26-2009 10:55 PM

Hola Chicalitas!
Glad to see everyone is getting here! Im fired up for the last 6 weeks to be a success!

Jen – Hope you are feeling better soon. Get some good rest. Lord knows you have been through enough stuff falling apart. Your body is rebelling. Hang tough little mamma!

Mtiggie – You workout girl! It will come off… it always does… consistency! How much have you lost in the last year???? Do you need a reminder????? You can do it.

Lady – BRAVO!!!!! Bed to 5 miles. YOU ROCK! We did have fantastic weather for walking today. (So much so that my BF did a 1.5 hour walk with the dog this morning. I was jealous!)

Grazie – No bigger clothes. I am uncomfortable in my clothes that “fit” right now too. So I want to be back in my 14’s by the end of this challenge. My new 12’s would be a bonus! No larger clothes! It’s a deal! And proud of you for the I AM GOING TO LOSE commitment.

MMavie – I saw we are both Blue teamers on the BL Summer Challenge. If you see me posting here and not there, you have full permission to smack me up and get me tuned in!

Lumi – you are a busy girl! And you fit in so much exercise! What a way to lead by example for your kids, and us!!!!

So I had a fit tonight. A Wii FIT! I did my mii and about fell over when it told me I was 49 Wii years old. That’s 12 years older than my real age. I am gonna stick with it. Should have opened the box 8 months ago….. all I know is 8 months from now will be a new me. I can’t do this hot cold thing on the health like I have for the last 10 years.

K girls, waters down, exercise is done, food is logged. Now gotta go get my sleep. Be Good. I’ll be checking in on ya all tomorrow!

mothermavis 05-27-2009 06:22 AM

Kris, love, love, love this, so true. If we all stay focused, 8-% of the time between now and January 27, 8 months from today, think of the awesome changes to our bodies!!

Grazer, I am sticking with it, today however will be my rest day. Yesterday, I did a video before work, a walk at lunch and then a run after work. Got it all in!

Tonight I am meeting a friend for dinner. Need to make really good choices and i will. Thinking 1 glass of wine, then water to drink, some sort of fish or chicken for dinner.

Lumi, holy kamoley, that's a lot of exercise. Your pants will fall off before the 4th of July!!

Mindy, stick with it. Maybe measure? maybe your measurements are changing more than the pounds right now.

Jeni, feel better!

Lady, sounds yummy!

OK, got to get moving!! Shout out to those not here, HT, Michelle, Aud, E32 and everyone else too!

W 100
E Do some. Gonna rain today but will take the stairs today at work , 16 flights to get where I am going, at least once and try for twice. Also maybe hula hoop when I get home from dinner
E OP, not worth the bread basket to mess it up.
D I can.

RowdyBliss 05-27-2009 09:11 AM

Yo, chickies...

Well, I'm all moved, I have my internet back, and I lost two pounds during settlement/moving! Seriously the BEST workout I ever got! I hurt in places I didn't even know I had...

Jeni, hope you're feeling better today!

Not much time to chat, but I did want to get back to my WEED now that the fun and games of moving are behind me...

W - 62 oz.
E - 1300 calories, all kept and accounted-for in my diary
E - Belly dance tonite!
D - Get BACK ON TRACK! No time like the present, no day like today...

lumifan4ever 05-27-2009 01:29 PM

Hello weedies....Hope everyone is having a great day!! Things are going good today. Haven't been to the gym yet...had to take dd to the dentist this morning. But never fear...i'll be hittting that gym hard tonight!! I am going in an hour before my class and work out on the treadmill and elliptical and then it's off to Power Pilates Kickboxing class. I LOVE THAT CLASS!!! lol. And thanks for all the encourageing words about my gym routine. I am just making up for lost time. I really don't have that much going on these days. With no job, the kids in school...i have nothing but time to go to the gym. But when the kids get out of school...we will be spending lots of time at the library, the gym, and probably places like Monkey Joes, Putt Putt and Chucky Cheese. Anything to spend some time with them and keep them from sitting around the house all day.

So...I am aiming for 1500 calories.
My WEED for today:
W- 64 ounces
E- 1500 calories
E- 1 hour (pilates kickboxing)
D- watching the pants fall off.

I'm not really using my fitday so much for my food recording. I decided to carry around a spiral notebook and i write down every morsel of what i put in my mouth. If i can include calories, i do. If not, i'll just include what the serving size was and if it's something i made, i'll write down the ingrediants. I do keep up with how often i excersize...what exersize class or machine i do or how long i work out with weights. Gotta have something to take to a nutritionist or personal trainer if i don't see any results soon.

Nixmom 05-27-2009 05:14 PM

Pinky swear....

so I know its corny... but its what BF and I use it as our seriously mean it, not just talking, gonna keep my word promise. We have only ever pinky sweared about quitting smoking, and being faithful to each other. It seems silly, but pinky swears are very serious in our home.

I propose a WEEDER'S pinky swear. I pinky swear that I will do everything I can to make good, healthy choices to be on task and be feeling GREAT IN 8! I will be here, with you all, as a WEEDER for the challenges of the next 8 months, without fail.

Are you in? Anyone else in?????

BTW ~ welcome back Rowdy :D

mtiger 05-27-2009 08:34 PM

Nix- Of course I'm in. You know me. I am the queen of stick to it. Even like today when I go up some more. Back to 191.2. i am so tired of the 190's. The 80's were so much better. I just keep plugging away.

Did BL Bootcamp tonight. First time in ages. Man it was tough. In 8 months it would be Begining of Feb. I would love to be very close to goal. That would mean 5.6 pounds a month. Okay, that is never gonna happen. not with my crazy old body. How about 24 pounds off, average of 3 pounds a month, my normal average. That really isn't very much, is it??? Wow!! I really do lose slowly.

Well, I'll just keep on truckin.

Nixmom 05-27-2009 09:37 PM

Quick WOOT WOOT for the Tiggster...

I just finish a 45 minute walk with BF & doggie that I really didn't want to go on. So glad I did! What ever it is you are dreading, try it. You may be happy you did!

Later!

mothermavis 05-27-2009 11:16 PM

I will pinky swear too!! We will be here chicks! We will be 8 months closer to our healthy bodies. Let's keep making great choices.

JasonsLea 05-28-2009 02:51 AM

 girls!

Just stopping by for :grouphug: before I go to bed. :)

Kris ~ I pinky swear to keep truckin as long as you all keep rollin! I love you girls.

Good to see you Suz!

Lumi, I need to make myself a gym routine and stick with it!

jcatron243 05-28-2009 05:41 AM

Hi ladies. I am feeling mostly better, just a nasty underlying cough that rears its ugly head at night. Today is my last day on for the week so I get to workout tomorrow! I am totally excited at the idea of that. Did I tell you guys that I ran into my aerobics instructor while watching Makenna's swim lesson? Ya I promised her I would get back to class. I will try my best to keep my promise.

gotta run!

mothermavis 05-28-2009 06:36 AM

Morning all.
Jeni, glad you are getting better.

I am running late today, took forever to get on here this morning.

Stayed OP last night at dinner, no drinks, no bread and no dessert!! :carrot:

W 100
E Done crunches, running after work, walk at lunch only if it's not raining
E OP, if I can do it when I am out, I can stay OP at home
D Make it a good day or not, your choice!

Nixmom 05-28-2009 12:37 PM

Mornin!

Jen --- soooo glad to hear you are on the up swing. You gonna keep your promise today?

MMavis - WOOTs! for you too! Pinky swear time! Good girl on the no-no's last night! This will pay off!

I just went after a piece of cheese pizza for breakfast, stopped myself, changed to taco meat and an tortilla. Stopped myself again, and ate the 1/2 a grapefruit and hardboiled eggs I had planned. I FEEL VICTORIOUS!!!!

Looking forward to some exercise on the Wii Fit tonight and maybe a walk. Had a rough night last night. Opened my smarmy mouth about something to BF and he didn't respond in the way I expected. Put a bunch of what ifs in my head about us..... spent night with upset tummy and tearfilled eyes. Woke up this morning, realized I'm a boob, and now I'm trying to stay focused.

Hope you all have a fantastic day. I have 100 things to do here at work, and break is over! Be good to yourselves!

lumifan4ever 05-28-2009 02:46 PM

Nixmom...great job on making a healthy pic when you really didn't want to. Keep up the great job!!

Mmavis...awesome with staying OP with the food last night. Temptation can be sooooo hard to resist.

Jeni...yay for starting to feel better. Just take it easy and don't push too hard too soon. I know you can't wait to get back to class...but you'll get there.

Shari...it can be sooo hard to keep yourself motivated to keep to an excersize plan. I am sooo excited because i just joined...but give me a month or two and i'll probably start making excuses as to why i can't go to the gym. But with so many classes to take...hoping that i can keep it fresh and keep taking something new and different all the time so i don't get bored.

Did good on eating yesterday. Did good on excersizing yesterday. Only got one class in yesterday. But it was the good one...Power Pilate Kickboxing. I realized how tired i was after that class so i took this mornings class off. I am hoping to make it to a pilates class this afternoon but if not, i will just go workout for an hour or so on the treadmill, elliptical and weights.

WEED:
W- 64 ounces ( I had better get started)
E- 1500 calories (Hope to get them all in and make them count)
E- 1 hour (at least)
D- Watching the pants falling down!!!

mtiger 05-28-2009 08:18 PM

Good job girls on resisting those temptations. You are SO GOOD!!! Also great to see everyone getting their workouts in.

After Bootcamp last night my entire lower body is sore as H***. So what do my friend and I do tonight....5K. Man I was dragging my butt along. I just had no gas in the tank. I did it though. Moaning, groaning and complaining the whole way. Scale still sits at 191.2 and I don't think it will be going down for weigh-in tomorrow. :(

jcatron243 05-28-2009 08:38 PM

Hi everyone! Well I had to resort to more cold meds today, but only one dose this morning. I feel great right now. I have to go sign papers for my new truck tomorrow at 10 so I have to get in my early morning workout! Anyhow food was good today, water is ok. getting ready to go out and about (DH is going to make me drive the truck, I hate big vehicles. I got used to the old one but this one has a canopy and I am soooo nervous! )

Holyteror 05-28-2009 09:45 PM

I'm here, alive, and about to do some wii fit and/or walking. I ate more than i wanted to at dinner, but I'm gonna get some exercise in tonight!

JasonsLea 05-28-2009 11:18 PM

 girls!

TOM is gone but he left a 'present': 1 lb. ***. :dz:

Tomorrow is payday! Anyone got plans for the weekend?

Nixmom 05-29-2009 10:17 AM

Hi girlies! Happy Friday!

I am up .2 lbs this week. No biggie. I splurged and did a buffet last night with BF and a movie. Ate stellar at the buffet, but couldn't keep my hands out of the popcorn bucket :o. Saw Angels and Demons.... great movie!

So its my Friday off and I think I am going to accomplish a huge amount of my to-do list. The only way to do that, is to start now. Be good and I'll check back later!

jcatron243 05-29-2009 11:14 AM

Morning. No I did not keep my promise today. Tommy woke up at 3 am throwing up, Mak came in at 430 with a belly ache. Both kids seem to be fine now, Mak threw a fit when I tried to keep her home from school. Tommy seems fine right now, so I hope the worst is over. I am going to get my lawn mowed today and I will probably walk to pick Makenna up from school. We have some beautiful weather coming up this weekend.

Oh ya I drove the truck last night, it was wonderful! I loved it so much, I may steal it after we get all the papers signed and stuff. I have a lot of grocery shopping to do today my cupboards are getting bare. and fridge has no more healthy stuff.

Down a pound! That makes me feel great too!

W 80 oz
E walk to pick mak up, 4 miles round trip
E 1400 cals
D house work, outside work, keep moving

lumifan4ever 05-29-2009 11:23 AM

Morning girls. Hope everyone is having a great Friday. Mine's starting off okay. It's field day and things were going great but then i had to watch my nephew who is only 4, and not very good at behaving. I made it thru the first dd's field day who is in 1st grade...but had to bring the nephew home for someone else to watch before i go back for dd #2 who is in 3rd grade. My sister and her family are driving me CRAZY!!!! She is 13 years younger than me and 23 years more immature than me. She doesn't pay her rent, doesn't wash any dishes, doesn't half watch her kid, doesn't pick up after herself or her son or husband. I feel like they are just freeloading off me because they eat our food and don't do anything to show their appreciation. They've been here for two months and from the sounds of it....may be here another two months. But i don't think so. I am just about to give them the old "heave ho" right on out of here. My nerves can not take it much more.

Sorry for the rant...but i just am about to hurt someone.

Anyone know about how many calories for a bowl of homemade vegetable soup??? All that's in the soup is cans of corn, cans of veg-all, cans of diced up tomatoes and some strips of ham. To season i put in some garlic powder, some salt, pepper, onion powder and hot sauce. I had to bowls of it last night for dinner. One bowl before going to the gym and one when i got home. I'm guessing one cup can't be more than 100-150 calories.

Yesterday i didn't make it to any classes but i did the treadmill for 30 minutes and the elliptical for 15. It's all the time i had before having to come back home. Today is no class either but i'll be doing the elliptical, the treadmill and free weights for upperbody. I don't have another class until monday morning.

Grazer 05-30-2009 09:12 AM

Just caught up on the posts that I've missed.

I think scales lie. I ate pretty well all week, exercised a lot, and yesterday I was up another #2. I basically thought, to heck with this, I quit. Last night I had several glasses of wine and mini rice cakes. This morning I got on the scales so I could beat myself up some more and I was down #2+.????

Nix- I'm with ya for "great in 8". I love this group!

MTig- I need some of your attitude. No matter what the scale says you keep exercising and eating well.

MM- Great exercise challenge this week!

Lumi- Families. I could be a best selling author if I wrote about mine!

JCat- Congrats on the loss!

Lady- How's the WATP 5 mile? I have loads of Leslie Sansone. I've been doing the 3 mile for abs lately.

Rowdy- Glad to see you're settled and had a loss along the way.

Happy Saturday!

Nixmom 05-30-2009 11:20 AM

YAY Grazie! Stay Pumped! I really feel like we are all gonna pull off some great success this round!

I worked my gluteus gianormatee off yesterday in my house. Wore my calorie counter watch thingy (which I dont always believe) but cleaning my house it said I burnt just under 3000 cals. Not bad, and I did break a sweat. The best part.... woke up to a spotless house this morning. Ahhhhhhhh :beach:

Gonn put together a collage board of what I want to look like, some rewards... something... I just feel like dreaming my way through the day..... I'll come back later and check on you all!

mtiger 05-30-2009 12:33 PM

Grazer- You don't want my attitude today, because it sucks, BIG time. Worked my A** off with Bootcamp on W, 5k on Th, took a 3 mile hike last night. The D*** scale has gone up 4.4 pounds this week. It just doesn't matter what I do. I seem to be a helpless victim to these wild gains. My traditional mid-cycle gain should have been around the 16-20th, not 25-30th. What the H***. Talk about wanting to give up. My mind says , why bother?? It just doesn't matter.

Now that I'm done with my whining, I have to find a way to get myself back in the right frame of mind. I am going to show a gain for the month of May. The only other time that has happend was in Dec. Understandable (cookies). I need to get over it and move on. Just not sure how at the moment.

Sorry to be such a downer today. Hopefully tomorrow I will back in the game. Today, I feel like self pity.

mothermavis 05-30-2009 01:00 PM

Grazer, let's do it again this week. One hour, 6 days this week and let's also add to it, 6 days of OP eating. Leave one day for a treat if we gotta have it, but let's stay OP 6 days. Are you with me?

I didn't lose much if any this week, but I feel better and when my muscles recover from all I am putting them thru (and TOM checks out) I expect a whoosh!!

JasonsLea 05-30-2009 04:49 PM

 girls!

I hope you are all having a good weekend. I'm at work. :( Little accomplishment yesterday, I actually got up (in the morning!) and went to the gym! It was a hassle, I only have four hours of sleep, the bus ride there was about 45 minutes and the bus ride back was about 70 minutes but I was determined! :D Did all that and went to work. Now, I just need to get to bed on time and I can make this a habit!

JAYAGODDESS 05-30-2009 06:01 PM

Hey ladies,

Sorry I have been MIA...been busy with the rental cars, and getting rides to work ....sigh...I think I will be finding a car this week I hope ... I kind of got off track...I gained 1 pound back...arrgg..but I don't want it to go any higher...lol...

I have not had a chance to read everyones post to respond so I will look forward to the new posts, and cant wait until we get into our new week...

Shari, you deserve the Determination Award! I certainly wouldn't go to the gym to exercise if I had to ride a bus both ways.

Had my weigh-in today, and while it was only a 4/10 lb. loss, when I looked at my measurements from the 9th of May, when I first started keeping track, I've lost 1.5 inches off my waist, 3/4 inch off my hips, 1 inch off my thighs and 1.25 inches off my arms. So I can see that progress IS being made, it's just not showing up very well on the scale.

And I just got back from an hour in the pool. Plan to do the same tomorrow. (I even wore my hat and sunblock!)
