I'm going to California next week and staying with family where food is prepared with lots of full-fat products...going out to eat means a huge-portions Mexican restaurant. It will take a lot of willpower to find ways to stay on plan and still enjoy the vacation and visiting family.
Well, I have had a couple of weeks of not counting my calories and it shows. There are reasons though - I ran a 10K yesterday and didn't want to be dieting all week and keeling over from hunger on the day. But it's over now and I'm back on the wagon!
Not sure why the scale was unkind this am. Nothing bad on my plate yesterday. Hopefully, just a fluke that will whoosh itself off again in the next few days.
Went back up 1.5lbs but Im not too worried. I'm pretty sure its just water retention from my treat meal this weekend and crazy workout yesterday. No more trouble zones is an insane workout video!
