I'm starting tomorrow for my 5 pound challenge.



Goal 1. Lose 5 pound in 7 days
Goal 2. Go Vegetarian, Eat more veggies and Fruit
Goal 3. No eating after 7
Goal 4. Workout every day Cardio Toning
Goal 5.Drink tons of water and green Tea
Goal 6. Meditation At least 5 minutes twice a day
Goal 7. Stay Positive and Smile more

OMG I think my scale is broke....it actually went down today. Hurry up and look because tomorrow it will probably be back up I guess I could blame TOM even though I haven't gained with it these last few months...its really hard to stay on plan when you gain and haven't cheated
