5 Pound Challenge #61!
 
Welcome to Challenge # 61!

Everyone is welcome, hop in at any time. We're out to lose 5 pounds. No matter where you're at in your weight loss, it's helpful to break down your loss into small goals like these.

Here's what to do:
Just post your SW (starting weight) as of today, your CW (current weight) which is whenever you weigh in and your GW (goal weight) which is five pounds down from the day you joined in.

Weigh in whenever you like and come tell us about it! You can weigh in as often as you like - some of us do it everyday, some once or twice a week.

The first one to hit five pounds lost should start the next thread! Please start it immediately, if you need help, just ask, someone will be happy to point you in the right direction.

SW: 220 (this may change... I haven't weighed myself in several weeks and I think my last scale was faulty - showing more loss than there actually was?)
GW: 215 (EEK so close to 199!!!)

I would like to join, even if it takes me another month. I've been plateaued for about three weeks, I've been calorie cycling and eating about 12-1300 per day and exercising at LEAST twice a week. Sigh. Hopefully I'll be on my way down soon.

5 lbs is approx 2.2KG

SW:95.1 kg / 209 lbs

I will weigh again in one week to add CW.

I had a little whoosh of my own. :D I took a rest day yesterday and I won't be surprised if I go up a tad after my cardio today and weight tomorrow...but I do like the number I saw! :D

Since getting a little closer to my goal, I've found my progress has slowed down a fair bit, although it's still generally heading in the right direction.

This lucky start was probably a combo of TOM and ceasing to eat matzah...

I can't wait to see the 130's! Haven't been there since my second pregnancy in 2000.... I'm going to have to work hard for it though....and making chocolate chip cookies certainly will not help!! :)
