I'm going to be really late for this weeks weigh in. I actually might skip it because this past weekend was one of my worst. Its too depressing to put a gain so I think I'll just skip this week. Is that ok??

Nope haven't seen her at all. Shes on a couple other challenge I'm in and I haven't seen her there either. Maybe shes having computer problems or taking some time away from the scale...My top two reasons from staying away from this site :eek:

Hi everyone! I'm here!! Just super busy the last week and a half. My weight has gone up this week :mad: It was my 3 year wedding anniversary this last weekend, and we went to Lake Tahoe to celebrate. I was off my diet those couple of days, and now I'm paying! This week I'm back to being "good". :yay:

I was wondering if I could join in. I can't lose 25 lbs by then... but I am looking to lose at least 8. I know it's a little late in the game, but I met my Memorial Day goal of 10 lbs today, and I was looking for a 4th of July challenge to join :) 135 lbs is the weight I was in high school when I met my now-husband. Also, 135 is a big milestone because my husband weighs 136... and in the 8 1/2 years we have been together, I have NEVER weighed less than he does. He's 5'3". I would really like to know what it is like to weigh less than my man does, lol. Also, on the 4th, my entire family (including aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) are all renting a big house on Cape Cod. There will be lots of time on the beach... I want to have progressed more by then. So, we'll see how it goes. I did my HIIT and some weight lifting today. I gotta shower now and make some lunch. Onward and downward! :) Good luck everyone... you are doing great so far! CW: 206.5 May 2nd GW: 185 July 4th For some reason my weight stalled all last week. Maybe my body was revolting against the new exercise routine. Or my calorie intake was too low. Plus it was TOM. I was at 209 for days... On the C25K running plan now. And healthy eating. I am logging my calories, but not counting them really, just want to get an idea what I take in. I am not restricting me in any way. It has to be a long term change now. And forever. |

I'm up a lb this week. I think it may be because I just started doing a new workout routine. I must be retaining water. There is no way I have eaten 3500 extra calories.

Im only down a lb. But I did go up 2 lbs during mid week TOM & cheeted a bit. So glad to be down to 194. Also updated older post with stats. :carrot:

i am so mad at myself...but on the other hand i've learned another lesson...burritos and little chocolate chip cookies are not helping my weight loss. oh, and a cold made me miss the gym all last week. what shocks me though is that my weight jumped back up. a lot...

Ok I so haven't been updating but I am still totally on plan so no worries there. I just haven't made my way over to this forum in a while. Won't happen again I promise.
Anyways, I did have a very good week with a *gasp* 4 pound lost. Don't know how it happened and trust me I don't expect it to happen every week. I'm very content with 1 to 2 lbs a week but I'll take this little blip too :) So that's a total of 7 pounds for this challenge but it says 5 on my post because I put what I weighed on the 9th and I've lost 2 pounds since then. |

Frustrated! Yet Determined to LOSE!
I am staying OP, and I am working my little butt off to meet my goals, I am about ready to pull my hair out though, 1/2 a pound lost since I started, ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh its too slow for me!!!! Hi everyone! I'd love to join this challenge. I'll be on vacation the week of July 4th but I'd still love to have a goal before then!
My starting weight is 186. I'd love to lose another 8 lbs by 4th of July, getting me halfway to my overall goal (178). Looks like there's 7 weeks left!
