ok lets see... started at 176 last monday , today was 172.2lbs

This week I havent skipped a single day at the gym and was there for 1 1/2 - 2 hours daily.
30 mins warm up and then 5k (3.1) walk/run - daily. Then weights every other day (4 days a week). My food intake were in moderate portions. I try to eat 6 times a day meals that are fool with good stuff. I think it works LOL!!
Even though it works loosing almost 4 lbs was shocking to say the least. I was expecing to see 174.5... but maybe because its my week 3 and probably people loosing more at the beginning. This week i will expect to loose less weight. But my goal to loose 1 lbs a week to make it healthy.
