Hi Everyone, I hope you don't mind if a newbie joins in. I have been poking around your forum and I just love it. Can't wait to get me one of those cool signatures you all have.

^^Niki I feel your pain. I had been stuck in the 170's for a month and a half - no scale movement at all - then finally, I am now 167. It's hard to stay motivated when you are stuck in a rut.
