Good afternoon ladies

I missed you all, I didn't post yesterday and feels like it's been a long time to me. TOM decided to finally officially get here yesterday (after tormenting me for most of last week) so I wasn't up to par but I did find a window of opportunity where I felt well and managed to do some wii aerobics.
Okay, I hesitantly weighed in and I am down 2 lbs. so far this month. I am very happy to see a loss...particularly now as I didn't know what to expect with tom and all. I will officially weigh in again next Tuesday though I am going to peek on the scale in a few days to see what happens, I am pretty sure I will see a sudden or good drop this week (as long as I stay on current pattern of course).
Nicki Rose, I am happy to see that you are still with us. I agree with Scarlett, don't beat yourself up too much...the important thing is just getting right back on the horse. Hope your feeling better. The good news is if you put it on quick like that if you go right back OP (and drink plenty of water too) it usually comes off quick so hang in there and keep us posted. The weekend is history now, forget it girl as it's a new day...keep on truckin'

As for the weather, tell me about it! lol, omg, it is crazy indeed. We had a storm yesterday and got nearly 6 inches here. It is going to be in the 40's all week though and the sun is stronger now so it will all melt soon enough.
I think it's great you found a way that works for you regarding the weekends and in general.......I do that type of therapy on myself as well, all the time!

Hold onto that and keep up the great work
urockmom, hey you.......hugs. What you said about the weekends and the reasons you gave etc. those sound like all the reasons I was doing that on the weekends. It was always the blasted weekends that would get me, I would be great all week and then go off plan on the weekends and basically end up maintaining that way and not losing. I remember doing that for one month straight in the past, lol, I finally got so frustrated and through much trial and error quit that and found my niche so to speak....you have been doing great . On vaca you only gained 2 and then lost it! You must of made some pretty good choices, I know your not going to let that weekend get you, kick some butt!

Just keep going , it's bound to drop. It would be interesting to see if you have a sudden drop of sorts.
My loss the past few months has been soooo slow and I have been working like the dickens, I know it's from quitting smoking but you know what? I'm going to nail it this month! lol. It's the 3rd month since I quit so my metabolism must be getting back to normal. This is going to be the month, if not, run and hide to avoid a major
