Default 5 lbs. by Valentines day anyone?
Would anyone like to join me in a mini goal of loosing 5 lbs. by Valentines day? I think that this is very attainable goal. Slow and steady wins the race!:carr ot:

i'm up for it! eeee! i'm so excited to lose weight! even though i haven't been eating very goodt he last 2 days, uh oh! i'll get back on track tomorrow.

Well I am new to this site, I am a member of Boot Camp Buddies as well. I also have been on Weight Watchers for going on my 6 1/2 week with hitting my 5% goal yesterday. We started our V-day chall. about 5 weeks about with me pledging 10 lbs. I'm 1.4lbs from that goal... So how is this site?

Ok Gals,

So glad we are all on board. Lets do this. We can keep this thread going to check in and see how we are progressing through the next 2 weeks or so. Be thinking of a reward for yourselves (not chocolate, LOL) for when we reach our 5lb. loss on Valentines day.

good luck everyone!
my goal has been 140 for valentine's day, and with only 2 weeks left, that might be unattainable, but 5 pounds down is definitely doable!
some friends are throwing a party for my baby feb 15th. so being down 5 pounds at the party would be a fantastic reward!

Your baby is soo cute!!! I miss that age so much. I just have stinky teenagers. 19, 18, and 16...still trying to loose that baby weight.
