I am stalling... PMS/TOM soon, retaining water like a sponge, but at least the weight stays the same. Hope will be down dramatically when this is over.

You know, it is NOT fair! Not only men have a higher metabolic rate ALL the time, but we also lose at least 2 weeks a month - one around ovu, one around pre- and TOM. Eating on plan today but feeling too sick to exercise except go for a little walk to the theatre, and then back. On top of it all, it is ballet night today, "Swan Lake" - I will try hard not to feel grumpier after seeing all those slim chicks dancing lol!

Congrats coco! It feels so good when you just keep sticking to the plan no matter what. Nicki Rose, don't fret, it will come off eventually. Just keep doing what you are doing. Right there with you Fractal, I think it is unfair too, but guess what.. we get to be pregnant and give birth! How awesome are our bodies? LOL!

I walked 5 miles today!! I feel really good about that. It took longer than my usual workout, but hey, when I build up to walking faster, it won't take so long.

Nicki: Glad to hear ur back on track

My origninal plan was to weigh in only on Monday's but since V-Day is so close I decided to weigh in this am and i'm down 1lb YAAAHHH! That make 3 lbs lost so far...looks like I might exceed my 5 lb goal.

Wow I totally already made my goal! I weighed in at 277 today!!!!
