Looks as if this is going to end soon. So many are so close. Lori, there are ppl here in Ky that I know that have been told it could be at least 2 wks before they get power. We was lucky here the storm went about 25 miles north of us.

Was down another two yesterday so was super stoked but today got those two back....but I am down 3 pounds for the week. So I guess that's some positivity.

I got back on the scale tonight while the kids were in the bath just for pure curiousity...it let go of most of what I was up this morning. I did pee a lot today so I'm still thinking I was/am retaining. I don't freak out over the daily fluctuations, but I do find our bodies so interesting! :dizzy: |

uh oh...jamiejo is just about at the 5 pound mark. well...i don't really like fluctuations in the scale from day to day but i try not to let it get to me. yesterday, i could have claimed a one pound loss...now i claim a half pound gain. It's sodium though so i'm not stressing. By drinking lots of water today, i'll see my loss again. I was down to 154. Back up to 155 today. But, its all good.

Okay, as expected I was even still from 5 days ago when I last weighed. I can't be too happy or sad. I ate out a LOT these past days and went to a SuperBowl party last night. But I did try to make careful choices about 85% of the time.

Yeah, I remember. It's funny. I was trying SOOOO hard then and couldn't break it. Counting every calorie, working out all the time, thinking about it all the time. Now that I don't have much room for thinking about weight loss, it's coming right off. I'm just afarid that when I stop feeling stressed out, it will come back!
