Congrats!!! I am sitting in that place where it doesn't go up, and it doesn't go down. Had a carb bender on Sunday and Monday and am desperatly trying to recover. I do great all day until the sun goes down. I have to work alot the next 5 days, so that should keep me busy. :?: |

It's TOM, so I'm thinking I'll wait till it's over to jump back in on the challenges. I'm staying OP with food and water, workouts are still sporadic, but I'm getting it right about 5 days a week, which isn't too shabby. I am STUUUCCCK, and I’ve been really good. But I did just lose 5 lbs in like 5 minutes on the last challenge so I guess I can’t complain. Tomorrow is official WI. I just ate my magic chicken salad that tends to cleanse my system & keep me feeling satisfied through the evening. A little nervous about WI tomorrow. Sw 351.6 Cw 351.2 (-.4) Gw 346.6 Starting to get a bit frustrated. I have been SO on plan all week & even stayed away from the wine tonite. Cross your fingers for me tomorrow! |

You guys know i was having trouble at the start. Now...I think I have found the trick! (FOR ME anyway):carrot:
I started drinking 2 liters or more of water a day. First thing in the morning i drink down an 8 oz cup of hot lemon water. The next oz's of water are room temp. My magic chicken salad:
Chicken breast: seasoned w/ 0 cal seasonings & grilled or baked covered in oven w/ minced garlic Romaine & iceberg Cheese – motz & feta Croutons Black & green olives Light caeser dressing I season the chicken w/ fresh ground pepper, onion powder, & oregano. If I have points to spare I’ll use a little olive oil too. There’s really nothing magic about it. I just love it & it keeps me full all night :) I believe it’s magic tho, as I am down 2 lbs today!
