I am experiencing a mid-cycle gain. It's weird, but just the way my body does things. So I was up today. Hopefully it starts to come back off soon.

Yeah...i'm not really surprised by the gain...i worked out really hard on the elliptical last night. I was really sore when i got off of it. I did 30 minutes all at one time. I'm sure it's just water weight...not going to stress over it. Not going to stop excersizing either just to see it go down. I'll take inches over the scale any day. lol.

Well, I didn't have a gain this week, but no loss either. Same as last Friday. I'm a little bummed since I was at the gym 7 days, eating right, drinking water.... but at least I didn't gain.
