Anyways, just a note, I will post this next week's results early, I will figure them all out on Thursday night, Asia time so that's like, early Thursday morning in North America. I am leaving for 12 days so there will be no tallying of results for the following week, but we'll be back in business by the first weekend in February.
So if you want to be included in the next update, post by Jan 22nd!
The next update after that will be February 7th!
Business aside, I am bummed about my numbers this week! I worked out 375 MINUTES this week--or about 6 hours & 15 minutes. I have only tracked my calories for 3 days but they were always around 1500. I seriously expected some huge losses, either with the measuring tape or the scale and I have GAINED a lb since last week and lost .75 in/gained .5 in for a overall loss of .25 in.
This week is shorter so that will be less time to lose. Ugh. I'm just bummed!
