Hey All,
New year here ! when does this challenge end anyways?? I kept it as real as I could for days now it's sooo different calorie counting compared to Atkins what I have to start doing is exercising more that tread mill and my total gym are parked in the bedroom my husband is really tired of tripping over the damn thing ! I will do it ! now I am off to the grocery store (fun) feels like a frozen tundra here in NH ! |

I got on the scales this morning and didn't change since I posted 2 days ago, but I'm very thankful I didn't gain but maintained. Also, I just started on 12/29/08 so losing a pound before the week is up is GREAT! :carrot:
