5 Pound Challenge #41
Here we go! It's challenge number 41!
Everyone is welcome, hop in at any time. Here's what to do: We're out to lose 5 pounds. No matter where you're at in your weight loss, it's helpful to break down your loss into small goals like this. Just post your SW (starting weight) as of today, your CW (current weight) which is whenever you weigh in and your GW (goal weight) which is five pounds down from the day you joined in. Weigh in whenever you like and come tell us about it! You can weigh in as often as you like - some of us do it everyday, some once or twice a week. I only got 2.5 lbs before you won the other one FB! Congratulations. I'm in again, but have been sick and not eating much so sort of expect my weight to jump up a bit. 5 lbs is going to be tough.

I'm defintely in. I was so thrilled I lost over a pound when I weighed this morning. Now I'm just thinking, "oh great now I have an even lower goal weight!" I can do it though! I have been a good girl :D with food and exercise. So, here it is: SW: 188 (Yeah!!) GW: 183 (I haven't weighed this little since pregnant with child #3) |

Hey Paula, my body is doing weird things too. I haven't had a bm in about a week and i'm not peeing as much as i should either which sucks when u look at the scale. hopefully we'll have a big weight loss soon.
