5 Pound Challenge #41
 
Here we go! It's challenge number 41!

Everyone is welcome, hop in at any time.

Here's what to do: We're out to lose 5 pounds. No matter where you're at in your weight loss, it's helpful to break down your loss into small goals like this. Just post your SW (starting weight) as of today, your CW (current weight) which is whenever you weigh in and your GW (goal weight) which is five pounds down from the day you joined in.

Weigh in whenever you like and come tell us about it! You can weigh in as often as you like - some of us do it everyday, some once or twice a week.

The first one to hit five pounds lost gets to start the next thread!

I only got 2.5 lbs before you won the other one FB! Congratulations. I'm in again, but have been sick and not eating much so sort of expect my weight to jump up a bit. 5 lbs is going to be tough.

I'm defintely in. I was so thrilled I lost over a pound when I weighed this morning. Now I'm just thinking, "oh great now I have an even lower goal weight!" I can do it though! I have been a good girl :D with food and exercise. So, here it is:

Hey Paula, my body is doing weird things too. I haven't had a bm in about a week and i'm not peeing as much as i should either which sucks when u look at the scale. hopefully we'll have a big weight loss soon.

Well, when a new thread begins, we all just post our current (starting weight) at the beginning, then update our "current weight" as we go. :goodscale Then, yep, whoever loses 5# first "wins" and starts the new thread. So, welcome and :goodluck: Everyone on here has been great. I just started a month or so ago and it really keeps me on track!

The way I understand it, you can weigh in whenever you want. The starting weight should be your weight on the day the thread started or later. The first one to lose 5 pounds wins and starts the new thread.
