Today has been a blur...I had a training session this morning, which went well despite the dizziness I had from a decongestant due to a sinus infection. Fun. I've been running errands since then. Ruth, it's pretty common to have some water weight after a hard workout. I get it all the time from lifting. It just means your body is doing some muscle repair..that's a good sign! It will be gone in a couple days. :hug: Drinking extra water helps move things along a little faster, I hear. I've been OP up to now, but heading to my sister's soon for some festivities and evil food. :devil: Today and tomorrow will not be on plan, but I'll be back to it on Friday. Meantime, I'm not stressing on it! Last night, the boy and I watched "Olive, the Other Reindeer". It's one of my faves. Tonight, the traditional Xmas Eve showing of "A Christmas Story" of course. Okay, so it has been a while since I was in one of the 5 pound challenges. I would like to start again. I see this one just started a few days ago. I hope that is okay with everyone. I have recently gained 4 pounds and need to get moving in the correct direction again. Here goes.
