I did it! ( and know that I HATE crunches!) Pat.. I think you have motivated to do more crunches in my life though! I felt the burn! heeh thanks!
I challenge the person below me to do squats! I youtubed a little video to make it more fun! hehe
It's 8 sets of 15 squats, 10 second rest.
It's a 4 minute workout! And good!
Faux~I watched the youtube video. There is no way on earth my knees or hip would take 4 minutes of squats like that. BUT I did do a 30 minute step workout (basics, straddles, and over the top). I jogged in place when commercials came on until the football game came back on. I challenge the person below me to do a 30 minute step work out and throw in a light jog in the middle of the workout. your challenge rocked! I even did the bonus. I forgot about step ups! I did them by stepping on the edge of my winky futon. That was hazardous! but i did it! hehee
alright doing it now--- so i challenge the next person to a ten min. run either on elliptical / treadmill if you have them or in place or around the room or something ---just run for ten min. oh ya wii fit also has it too----so ten min. get to it
ouch fauxtini---you sure have a thing for leg workouts dont you---hahah---anyway i did it with the videoclip that was almost 2 min ---and then i did 5 min of doing it as ten times per leg lunge and ten squats followed by a few repetitions of ten each until the 5 min. were up----ouch!!! i dont think i could go longer if i still want to be able to walk afterwards ---lol ----thanx---
