Nix- At least we were both thinking about WEED. I love the Wii. We have it and Wii Fit for Christmas. I've done drunk bowling too. What a laugh! I've also played Guitar Hero and had quite the time. How's the C25K going? I'm addicted!

I'm finishing this challenge at 162.6. Not bad considering I was up past 165. I wanted to get below 160 but had a few slip ups along the way. Maybe I'll get there after the Christmas Challenge.

Hi Ladies

Yesterday morning I weighed 170.8 so I didn't make my goal of 5lbs but I did lose close to 4. However I didn't do so well yesterday, I almost made it without any soda but later on I caved and had a root beer and had way too many sweets. We ended up staying the night at my parents because we were both tired and didn't feel like making the drive home. Then we left there today and went shopping and ate at a chinese buffet. My husband tried to talk me out of eating there but I was hungry, tired, and cranky and I wanted chinese food. My sister and I did get the walk in yesterday so that was good. I don't even want to weigh tomorrow. But its back on track from here.

Went out in the cold again yesterday for a jog. 2.1 cold miles. then went to dinner with family. Didn't eat that much. This is my mormal mid-cycle gain so I was up to 200.8. That is 3 pounds. I am hoping it will start going back down tomorrow. I'll let ya know

I gained 6 pounds this week, perhaps I need to get my "w" in!
Too much of everything and funny thing is, there is nothing that I can look back and say, wow, that was worth it. Hmm....

E Going shopping, also going to the dreadmill and get C25K done, may go back to week 3 day 3 to finish, also some crunches.
E OP, need to not make bad choices, even when out.
D I know what to do, I just have to do it.
