MM - It sucks doesn't it??? Hoefully those #3 will come off easily... and you'll be back battling the #140s in no time... which I know doesn't sound appealing, but it's better then the #150s right?

MM~I totally understand!!!

I went for a 3 mile walk last night. I feel good about that. I need to brave the scale to see what the goddess says to me. I will be back in a few and let ya all know the out come. Then a hot cup of coffee :-))) Never mind about the weigh in. I would shoot the scale goddess if I could catch her. I am so thankful that I have been exercising right along other wise I would be in total trauma right now. Thank Fauxtini for starting her challenge b/c I would have gained more without it!!! I got some calorie burning work to do :-))))) Pat

Well I moved onto level 3 of 30DS today... only 19 more. Now that I'm 1/3 of the way done it seems more doable to stick with it. I just have to do it. There are a couple of the moves that are too hard on my quad to do still... I'm hoping that the continued exercise isn't damaging it more - but it only hurts when I do certain moves...

I'm trying to stay off the scale until Thursday Morning. I've been fluxing between #187 & #189... which SUCKS! I just want OUT OF THEM!!! Hopefully at the end of the 30DS I can say that it made a huge difference. I can tell that I'm losing inches though... which is really nice - I have a "date" with a friend when I hit a size 8

Alright - I have to go finish a Christmas Stocking and a scarf, fix a blanket - make a blanket, put Christmas lights up outside...and hopefully all before Monday Morning at 5:30 am when I ahve to get ready for work! I'll be a busy little bee tonight and tomorrow... good thing I did the inside Christmas decorating yesterday...

"see" you all in the morning!

good job Julie!

I'm again trying to stay off the scale, because it frustrates me to NO END! I'm definately seeing a difference in my body - inches wise and such... and looking in the mirror this morning, my 2nd chin was definately smaller I can't get smaller without losing weight, so I know the scale will catch up!

I did 30DS last night along with 80 mins of I'd LOVE to see something lower the #187 on Thursday... i'm SO SICK of wavering between #187-#189! the lower #180's would be GREAT!

augie - getting anything in is a bonus! Just keep working at it! It'll get there!

grn - *sigh* I'm sorry that you're back in the cursed #240s!!! YOu'll get out of them quickly this time.... I find that they don't tend to stay very long after the holidays if you work your butt off!

I've done 13 days of 30 day shred... and my body is DEFINATELY changing! I noticed the fat rolls on my back have *almost* disappeared, my 2nd chin is DEFINATELY smaller - my waist is smaller, my jeans hang lower on my hips... it's all positvie NSVs - I JUST WISH THE DAM*ED SCALE WOULD MOVE TOO!!! UGH!!! I know it has to catch up... I mean seriously a women 5'2" can't be a size 4 and weigh #187 - it's impossible (unless of course it's because she has an ENORMOUS head and Feet... which isn't my case - check the profile pic... completely normal sized head )

Alas - I will wait for Thursday's results... and and hope for : and : for then. I just wish that 30 minutes of hard work was = to 1/2 lb immediately lost... then I could figure this whole weight maintenance thing out!

Eny~I wish that were the case!!!! I did a sneak peek this morning 182. I can't shoot the scale goddess. I lost a pound. The exercising is working. There was a body builder that weighed like 147 that wears a size 4. She was a wall of solid muscle, she didn't have a big chest. It can be done, but I don't want to be a professional body builder. I want to be healthy and toned maybe Miss Fitness USA?? I did do 4x30 min workouts yesterday. Working at it one day at a time-Just For Today. Pat

Good vibes Eny!

Dixie, I am in the 147-152 range & I wear an 8 or 10, depending on the cut. Maybe I should lift an awful lot more weight!!

Thanks for the well wishing! The scale Goddess was nice this morning - and I'm sure all the extra work helped too... but this morning's weigh in was #185.8! Almost 1/2 way there! Only #6 more for Christmas... I'm going to have to WORK!

144 two days in a row. I usually spend a couple weeks fluctuating up a little after I have a new loss, but I'm still pretty excited

Congrats enygirl and dixiemae

Julie I do the same thing... I weighed this morning and was back up to #187. I have to STOP weighing everyday - it KILLS my mojo! I'm going to wean myself off of the scale - and work back into only 1ce a week.
