I've done 13 days of 30 day shred... and my body is DEFINATELY changing! I noticed the fat rolls on my back have *almost* disappeared, my 2nd chin is DEFINATELY smaller - my waist is smaller, my jeans hang lower on my hips... it's all positvie NSVs - I JUST WISH THE DAM*ED SCALE WOULD MOVE TOO!!! UGH!!! I know it has to catch up... I mean seriously a women 5'2" can't be a size 4 and weigh #187 - it's impossible (unless of course it's because she has an ENORMOUS head and Feet... which isn't my case - check the profile pic... completely normal sized head
