I guess it is a bit unrealistic to expect the scale to move everyday but I was really thinking it would. Silly me. It is amazing how much better I feel though just from telling myself no to some very bad food in the last two days. I'm on a "denial " high!

Something is definitely wrong with the notification system! I wasn;t getting any messages that the previous challenge was updated... whatever.
