  • I guess it is a bit unrealistic to expect the scale to move everyday but I was really thinking it would. Silly me. It is amazing how much better I feel though just from telling myself no to some very bad food in the last two days. I'm on a "denial " high!

    I know -- and to add to it, today someone posted pictures from a couple of years ago on Facebook when I was at my highest point. Whenever I wonder if I've really made a significant change, I can look at those shots now.
