Bleaah. Well, I think I'm eating (for a couple days

) better than I have been for a while (not that I was eating *badly*, just not great). I just need to get some other habits in better shape too. I think I haven't been sleeping as well as I used to, and I'm not sure why, but I'm going to try to do something about it. And try to deal with a few things that are causing stress. I just want to feel good going into the holidays, not like I'm slipping ever so slowly into bad habits.
