So weird. I was 150 yesterday morning. I've been at or above 149.5 for 12 days. Last night I realized today's weigh-in would be hopeless when I noticed the huge dent on my shins where they were pressed against my desk. Weighed myself last night - yup, 157 pounds. Woah. Talk about water.
So I have no idea how I dropped that much overnight. I didn't think I peed that much! I re-checked, and got 149 consistently, so not too far off, but I'm sticking with 148, because I really need the encouragement. I'm one of those who get motivated when I lose, but more lax when I don't
