Sit Ups!! Do your sit-ups with me!
 
I know that if I did my sit-ups every day, my back would hurt less, and my belly would get smaller, but it's harrrd :tantrum: (whine), so if anyone wants to set a goal, I will try to do 100 sit ups every day. :carrot:I did it this morning. It doesn't take that long. I did four sets of 25 quick crunches before I got out of bed, bet you can too!

Sure, I'm in.
I do at least 100 day. It's easy when you mix them up. Here's what I do:
20 crunches
15 side crunches to the left
15 side crunches to the right
20 "bicycle" crunches
10... I dont know what it's called, but you lift your legs straight up the air and touch your toes
15 bent knee crunches
10 full body crunches

There! 105!

I'm aiming for 150 now though...

Well, I'm not ready to full sit ups yet, but I bet I can do 100 crunches a day!

(In fact, I'm going to start right now)

Thanks guys! I can do these easily, but I get sidetracked SOOOOO easily. and I can find a thousand reasons not to do them.

I did 100 crunches this morning and put a smiley on my calendar.

What the heck... Ill try this. I am going to do crunches on a stability ball though. I dont want to hurt my back. Also Im going to do some hip bridges traverse crunches with a medicine ball. I start tomorrow.

I do sit ups on the 30 days shred but I'll add in 30 sit ups everyday sure why not I was doin it 2 began wit ne way.

Thanks everybody for joining the challenge. I have done my crunches/sit-ups three days in a row.
I might actually have muscles there if I keep this up for a month!
I put a stickey smiley face on my calendar every day I do this.

I want in-- I know it's a little late, but I'm going to get started today. I know even at my weight when my stomach is pulled in it makes such a difference so maybe I'll get some muscles that hold it in without me thinking about it!

This is my 3rd day in a row! :) It is getting easier too. Today I might even do an extra 100 before bed.

I have been doing my sit-ups this week, and today, two dfferent people at two different times at work asked me if I had been losing weight. Coincidence? I don't know.
I found it very interesting. :-)

off to do some more sit-ups!!
