(whine), so if anyone wants to set a goal, I will try to do 100 sit ups every day.
I did it this morning. It doesn't take that long. I did four sets of 25 quick crunches before I got out of bed, bet you can too!

It is getting easier too. Today I might even do an extra 100 before bed.
