Hi everybody! Count me in.

This is my first exercise challenge and I'm looking forward to it!

I started this morning after I saw the challenge so I have done 0.5 miles swimming today. :swim:

So good to see everyone jumping in to this challenge! I was sitting at my desk today, thinking "Do I walk? Do I bike? Do I even get up?" Then, I thought of everyone posting their miles and was inspired to get off my duff. Thanks guys!

that's a lot of laps if you are swimming the whole 1/2 a mile. good for you.

My first Day... Woohoo!
 
Well I am on my way. I put in 2.5 miles today. Ran 1.75 and walked .75. I'm figuring I need to hit 2.5 everytime I excercise to hit the big 50! Of course I have already hit the big 50 in age :( lol. I'll let Nancy make her own post, now that she has it figured out. Great days to come!
