my scale at home is broken so i'm ballparking it here and will adjust as needed as soon as i get to the gym scale....

I'm down half a pound overight so I'm starting this one dead on 145, which would take me to 10 stone exactly if I win! I haven't been 10 stone in my adult life! I think I went through it on the way up at about age 12!

fauxtini ~ have fun camping....get in lots of activity and grill lean ground beef for those burgers and fat free cheese, and whole wheat buns!!!! Roasted marshmellows are fat free!!!! LOL!
