5 lb Challenge #20!!!
I just realized I'm supposed to do this!
(I copied the general info from last time- hope that's ok!!) Everyone is welcome to join in! Just post your starting weight (SW) and your goal weight (GW) Log in as often as you like and post your current weight (CW)! First person to reach their 5 lb loss goal weight wins and gets to start the next thread for the next 5 lb challenge! Pretty Paula - Yes, I've been thinking about that.. I can't cut much of my food, I'm between 1300 - 1500 cal every day.. So, I'll try to add some extra workouts.. Maybe try some extra Jump Rope, did that some years ago.. My body loved it by then :)..
