5 lb Challenge #20!!!
I just realized I'm supposed to do this!

(I copied the general info from last time- hope that's ok!!)

Everyone is welcome to join in!

Just post your starting weight (SW) and your goal weight (GW)

Log in as often as you like and post your current weight (CW)!

First person to reach their 5 lb loss goal weight wins and gets to start the next thread for the next 5 lb challenge!

I doubt I'll win this time but I can't wait to see who does!!!

I don't like the quick ones though - they don't give my body a chance to cooperate.....

It's exciting to post lower starting weights, and by the time I start seeing ANYTHING, heck! it's a new challenge!!! LOL

I am really having a hard time getting going again. I know vacation starts tomorrow and being rush everynight this week for dinner has made it really hard not to stick something in my mouth here and there as I run around:dizzy:

Pretty Paula - Yes, I've been thinking about that.. I can't cut much of my food, I'm between 1300 - 1500 cal every day.. So, I'll try to add some extra workouts.. Maybe try some extra Jump Rope, did that some years ago.. My body loved it by then :)..

Yikes this is the first morning in a while that I went up a bit.

I haven't been drinking a lot of water lately and when I wake up my fingers feel tight so I might try and drink some more water today and see if I can't fix this!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who get this! :) My guy laughs when I tell him I must have had to much salt or not enough water because my fingers are puffy and I can feel it when I make a fist. He totally doesn't get it!!

Too funny! My mom laughed at me last weekend when I said I needed to drink some more water because my fingers felt puffy! Okay good I'm not crazy :dizzy:

I'll feel safely out of the 150's when I hit 146. Took measurements today - haven't don'e that for 3 weeks, and no change... then again - I've been teaching summer school so I haven't been to the gym for 3 weeks, so maybe now I'll get back on track and see some changes. Oh - here's a biggie - - I can see my feet!! LOLOL
