When you do a double workout, does that mean you work out longer than you normally would, or do you actually do two workouts at different times of the day? Do you do the same workout twice (like go running twice?)
I'm asking because I'm so curious about how you motivate yourself to do TWO workouts. I fight with myself every day just to do one. I still haven't worked out today, but I've sort of been on a roll with my final, so haven't wanted to break the streak. Strangely, I've found plenty of time to come to 3FC several times. Hmm.
