Somehow I dropped .5 lbs, so I'm 216. Wasn't I 216 at the beginning of the last challenge? Anyway, I'm blaming the stress of finals and the worst PMS I've ever had. Usually pms doesn't affect me too badly, but this time...watch out! Well, both will be over soon and I'll get back to real life!

Losing4another-scales are horrible, aren't they? But, you'll move down again!

FatChickbGone-you're doing great!

theresia-staying the same is good! Better than up!

KD4154-One pound! You can do it!!

Pretty Paula-I lived in England for 2 years; there was never hot hot English weather while I was there!

Team Marseilles-I'm so sorry you're going through this. Try to keep taking care of yourself.

fauxtini-when do you have to move? How long will your fiance be deployed? I've been in your situation; you'll get through it. In fact, I managed to lose 20 lbs while he was gone! Hang in there!

Just keep Swimming-good job. .2 is good.

ok so yesterday i was at 189 (a gain since the start of the challenge)

today = 187.4 THAT'S THE LOWEST I'VE BEEN IN AGES!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rock and Roll Losers. I saw 148.5 on my scale this am. I decided not to tempt the scale gods so I only "checked" the number once and left that bugger alone!

FINALLY got rid of the water weight from my cheat meal. Down to 164.2 this morning! That's 2 down, 3 to go. I think that's the farthest I've ever gotten in one of these challenges before somebody won.

So I got on the scale this morning and was 199.5!!! Almost back to my start of 199. Does it count as a 5 pound loss if I gained the 5 pounds after we started the challenge. Just kidding, I am just glad to be back in ONEderland again.

Okay losers here's the most current rankings. We have a new leader with KD4154 but we've got a good round going this week. I feel a winner coming in a day or so!

If anyone would like to enlighten me on how to post a picture (using an excel file and printing to adobe for now) instead of doing this as a file feel free. I'm feeling pretty untech like and don't feel like trying too hard to figure it out!!

If these are wrong feel free to tell my boss I was wasting time
