To Slim Down Sisters: Keeping it Straight in 2008

I'm sure everyone is familiar with these sayings. Take life one day at a time, tak it one step at a time. Let's roll with this to keep with our goals to be a healthier person. Try to post as offen as you can b/c slimming down isn't easy and having support has been proven to aid in dropping those unwanted pounds.

Please list your diet plan, weigh in day, and big events coming up for you. This is so we can help encourage and support each other through 08.

I follow the Weight Watchers plan which is a low fat diet and weigh in on Thursdays. I have a wedding to go to in June and swim suit season is coming up. Who doesn't want to look good in a swim suit?

Ahhhh, the threads are in different places! One is in support groups and one chicks up for a challenge, I am sure there is someone that can combine them, or delete one or whatever
