December Exercise Challenge!
Hey all! My goal for this month is 600 mins. I decided to keep it simple since I'm going to be moving and all, getting to know a new place. Welcome back regulars and hello newbies! :)

My goal is 700 minutes this month. Good luck to everyone.

I haven't even counted how many minutesi did last month, but this forum is the best way for me to keep track of how much I am moving (and not moving). I am going for 1000 mins

I'm going for the first 4 weeks and 2 days of my 5K training. It starts today. I'm going to do this!!! WOO HOO!!! :) I'll keep you all posted.

12/2 - I just finished Day 1, week 1. I'm proud - my first 5K walk in 58 mins.

Mine is more lower body and abs
I want to work more on my lower body and abs. It really isn't about minutes per se, just about increasing the ability to tighten those areas.
I have the aerobic down pat. Now, to get rid of the jelly roll below my belt.;) |

Day 2 is complete... well I'm going to do some arms stuff tonight w/ the resistance band. But I completed my walk today.. and let me tell you the wind was KILLER!

Week 1 day 3 is done.. high impact mile jog. :jig: the only good thing is that Tuesday are inside. :)
