I hope nobody minds that I started this thread.

Leeza155 08-02-2007 04:13 PM

Me too, me too?!

I was trying Ct5K for a couple of weeks and my knees told me something wasn't quite right. Now I'm doing stroller walks and Jari Love DVDs for weights. Planning on working pilates in to help with the abs, my least favorite, soon.

Aug 1: Get Ripped to the Core DVD + 35 minutes walking (650 cal)
Aug 2: 45min walk + intro pilates DVD (450 cal)

Mainly intervals on the elliptical..sometimes walking..sometimes tennis, sometimes the row machine..But yeah, usually the elliptical because I love it!

Ladiessssssss, hi there! I wasn't around for a while....I was with dh on the bay and the other day I said to him, jeesh I never started the thread before leaving and hope the girls started up. Sorry to leave you guys hanging. Everyone is doing so great and we must keep it running. Dea, glad you started it :) Jas, not stepping on any toes though I know how you feel as I felt the same way before but the main thing is we keep it running so if for some reason we dont see it started up, any of us jump in and go for it.
