Hey everyone!! I'm new to the site and dying to get some fitness support. Hoping to add more carbs into my diet and workout like a crazy person!
August 6: 45 minutes cardio (done) August 7: 40 minutes cardio - 15 minutes weights August 8: 30 minutes pilates - 30 minutes cardio August 9: 60 minutes pilates - 40 minutes elliptical I'll just make it to Friday before I re-assess! Kristen |

They were fun, though :) Hope everyone is doing well with their challenges. |
Hi ladies :) I finally got my tail back in here. MIss you guys and I was not gone just took a little detour during vaca, lol : ). I really had to talk to myself quite a bit to get my tail back in here and make a commitment, I promised myself that after vaca and cutting myself a bit of slack I would in and post an ex. goal! It does stress me sometimes (and I didn't want to do it during vaca for various reasons) but it is such a good stressor and so totally good for me ladies! It helps keep me in line and this type of pressure is awesome for me! I have worked very hard thus far and despite any slack I cut myself these past few weeks I knew and know that it was and is very important I get right back to it and post and hold myself accountable. So here I am! lol . You guys are rocking, kee p up the awesome work!
Welcome cj, miss, determination, and kiki.. hmm, hope I got that right! anyhow, the more the merrier, it's nice to have the company! Okay, so here is the scoop on me. It's been a fun filled vaca but time to get serious again and right back to plan so what I am going to do is post the dates and exercise I have done thus far while on vaca and then make or set a goal of 700 minutes for the remainder of the month! ay ay ay, lol :) glad your all here for support and inspiration, let's keep it rocking! :) aug.1 - 70 minutes (walk-beach, swim-20min.) aug.2- 40 minutes (walk-20min.b, swim-15min.) aug.3- 30 minutes (walk) aug.7- 60 minutes (walk) aug.8- 20 minutes (walk) aug.10-beginning new pledge and ex. minutes...finally! 700 minutes from here until end of month. It's nice to be back ladies, it honestly feels like such a long time to me....both here and in the weight loss challenge! keep up the awesome work! :carrot::carrot::carrot: |
