    Well I just clocked my long walk and my time is 80 minutes, not 90. It is 90 if I have to drag the kids and stroller so i am going to start clocking it at 80 the days I am by myself. That is awesome though, I think it is 4.5 miles!

    I'm baaaaack!!
    Sorry to be MIA for so long.
    Our weekend away was fun..I took my daughter to a casting call for a TV show... a very long day, lots of fun, but no call-back, then the rest of the weekend we just hung out with my mom and did some "kid" things. I only got one work-out in, and ate a little to much, but I didn't go over board.
    Then, I started back to work yesterday...so no more morning walks for me. I am going to either do it in the afternoon, or early evening from now on.
    Jasmine...way to go...a few more days until the end of the month, and then we get to start all over again!!
