  • Hey ladies! I've been reading your thread and think this may be the place for me. I am in for what is left of your June challenge and definitely for the Labor Day challenge as well.
    A little about me...I am 35 years old, married with 3 sons (6, 2, and 2). Yes, twins have done a number on my body and I am tired of accepting it! I am a sales representative who is on the road during the day which makes sticking to a healthy diet somewhat difficult (although it could be done if I really wanted to ). Evenings are filled with T-Ball and neighborhood play dates, late night computer work for my job, and a few precious moments for my husband.
    My goal for June is to exercise for 40 minutes per day x 6 days per week.
    My goal for weight loss by Labor Day is 20 pounds.
    Current weight is 178lbs.
    Target weight is 158lbs.

  • hi ladiesssss, jay welcome It's been a bit of a rough month for me planwise but now that things are finally back to normal I have no excuse ladiesss! I must get back to my usual routine and am holding myself accountable. I miss it, nothing like that wonderful feeling.....the spiritual and physical benefits of exercise! My mom had a nasty fall 2 weeks ago and her s houlder is still sore, luckily she did not break anything and both of us beleive that it was due to her working out daily that speared her from further injury! Everyone is doing wonderful, keep up the great work ladies : )
