It's been a bit of a rough month for me planwise but now that things are finally back to normal I have no excuse ladiesss! I must get back to my usual routine and am holding myself accountable. I miss it, nothing like that wonderful feeling.....the spiritual and physical benefits of exercise! My mom had a nasty fall 2 weeks ago and her s houlder is still sore, luckily she did not break anything and both of us beleive that it was due to her working out daily that speared her from further injury! Everyone is doing wonderful, keep up the great work ladies : )
